Dropping Beats

Thirteen-year-old Shaun, known as Growls, is an aspiring and not very skilled rapper determined to enter the Raptology competition with his best friend Shanks, hoping a win will impress his crush Tanisha and earn him respect. But when a livestream practice goes disastrously wrong, they go viral for all the wrong reasons, turning Growls into the school's laughingstock and leaving him convinced he has no chance with Tanisha, especially after Shanks suddenly disappears.

Things begin to shift when Growls meets a new girl, Siobhan, and starts to regain confidence. With patience, luck, and a lot of practice, he believes he can still win the competition and prove himself to both Siobhan and Shanks. Determined to make a comeback, Growls is ready to rise and earn his title as comeback king.
