The Flicker

A year after a devastating solar flare destroys modern life, step-sisters Millie and Rose are struggling to survive while caring for their infant half-brother. With supplies running out and their parents gone, they set out across a dangerous, post-apocalyptic landscape in search of Millie's grandmother, a Seminole elder she believes is still alive.

Along the way, they join forces with a group of young survivors known as the Lost Boys. But survival becomes even more difficult when they encounter the Hive, a powerful group determined to protect its resources at any cost. Blending adventure, resilience, and themes of identity and found family, this is a moving story of hope in the face of loss.
