HamiltonBuhl® Edison Robot Kit - 2 Pack

The HamiltonBuhl Edison Robot Kit — 2 Pack offers an engaging hands-on introduction to robotics and coding for students in grades K through 12. Designed for educational settings like classrooms and makerspaces, this kit includes two fully equipped Edison Robots. Each robot is capable of detecting obstacles, sensing light, tracking lines, and responding to sound commands using built-in infrared and sound sensors. They can even be programmed with standard TV or DVD remotes.

The robots come preloaded with multiple functions that are triggered by driving over included barcode cards, making initial use simple and intuitive. As students advance, they can access free downloadable software to write custom programs using a computer. Edison robots are built with Lego® compatible plates, allowing for creative expansion and integration with other constructions. Robots can be linked together or enhanced with Lego® bricks to create more complex systems.

The kit includes the EdComm programming cable, barcode scan cards, and four AAA batteries per robot.
