The International House of Dereliction

At just ten years old, Alice is already moving into her eleventh house. After living in one broken-down place after another, she's learned not to get attached - home is simply somewhere you fix up before moving on. Luckily, Alice has become an expert at repairing things.

Then she spots the crumbling mansion next door. Once grand but now condemned, the mysterious House looks like the perfect project. But as Alice begins restoring it, she notices unsettling signs: a heartbeat inside the walls, the feeling that someone is watching...and strange presences she can't explain. Soon Alice discovers three ghosts who need her help finishing the business they left behind
