After a mostly successful year at Hills Valley Middle School, Rafe is thrilled to join his classmates on an exciting trip to London. Exploring a new city sounds like a dream until he learns his roommate is none other than Miller the Killer, the ultimate school bully! Things get even more complicated when Rafe has to team up on a project with his crush, Jeanne Galletta, and her annoyingly perfect boyfriend. That might just be worse than sharing a room with Miller.

As expected, Rafe's streak of bad luck follows him overseas, landing him in one hilarious predicament after another all while under the strict watch of his grumpy principal. Among all his adventures, this trip might turn out to be his most cringe-worthy yet, threatening to unravel all the progress he's made back home!
