The villainous badgers have escaped from prison, and it's up to Stinkbomb and Ketchup-Face to track them down and return them where they belong. Hoping to find a clue, they visit Miss Butterworth, the Ninja Librarian, who believes the answer can be found in a story.

Using a copy of Stinkbomb and Ketchup-Face and the Quest for the Magic Porcupine, Miss Butterworth sends the siblings on another unforgettable adventure. Along the way they meet raccoons who are definitely not badgers in disguise, a very, very long traffic light, a rabbit in a prickly coat, and a banana-eating hammerhead shark - all leading to a final showdown with the badgers. But can Stinkbomb and Ketchup-Face save the king before he's launched from the world's biggest water rocket?
