Through the Storm

Through the Storm is the ninth book in the Isla of Adventure chapter book series. The story follows Isla Verde and her friends on the island of Sol as they prepare for an approaching rainstorm. Initially, Isla enjoys the rainy weather, appreciating it as one of nature's wonders. However, when the light drizzle turns into a heavy downpour, the group decides to make the best of the situation by having a cozy slumber party together. The next morning, they wake up to find that the storm has caused quite a mess around the island. Fortunately, with good friends by her side, Isla learns that even the stormiest days can be brightened and weathered with companionship.
