Wanted to thank you for all your help tonight. You went over and above to correct the problem, and to make me feel appreciated. It's really hard this day and age to get to talk to a REAL PERSON. Anyway, you can tell Shai for me, it's good to see OLD SCHOOL practices still within a company. Talking to the customer is still the best way of handling orders, complaints and so forth. Being it was close to 6:30PM and you were willing to help me, that says a lot about you and the company. You are a dedicated and loyal employee and that should not go unrecognized. Attitude and disposition you showed says it all, plus your knowledge of the product. I'm rather a "new" member of the Vernon family.  I use the word "family" because that is exactly how they make you feel.  I was really feeling frustrated with the bigger companies, the lack of customer service as well as my orders being damaged when I would get them.  The customer service at Vernon has been absolutely awesome.  I have spoken to Francine numerous times, and she always has time to really be of  great help.  Not only are the prices terrific, but so are their products.  I accidentallly ordered a wrong item & they let me return it, no questions asked.  I also love the fact that they will send a "sample" of an item, so you can actually see for yourself if it is the right product for your use.  They may be a small company, but their products are on the same level as those from a "bigger" company.

I would like to thank you for the fantastic job that Vernon Library Supplies has been doing for years for Emory University.  Your hard work and dedication is really appreciated.  A few years ago when I placed my first order for barcodes I was a bit leery because I had never done it before, so I was not sure what to expect.  But when I called your company I was extremely  pleased with the positive attitude, helpful suggestions, and willingness to get the job done.  With your help, I placed the order and within a week the barcodes arrived as promised.  They were exactly as ordered, complete with the new header I'd asked for (see below). As for using the barcodes we've received, not only do we apply them to thousands of books at Emory's Woodruff Library, but we also send them to our major domestic book vendors so they can apply them to our shelf-ready items. And not only are they legible, and easily scanned, but their adhesiveness is excellent as well. We use several different types of barcode scanners and we have never had any problems with scanning, thanks to the quality of your barcodes. We sincerely appreciate your responsiveness, quality work, excellent product, and the way you conduct your business. Just a quick note to let you know how impressed I am with your products and customer service. As an owner of a Kumon Math & Reading Center franchise (there are over 1000 centers in North America), I have referred many other franchisees to your company as THE source for library materials.
