These solid oak tables are great for any library setting and are built to last. The top is made of 1-1/4" thick core with a 1-5/8" wide oak edge which is applied with a special process to ensure that it will never be stripped off. The laminate is then applied to the top and a backer sheet to the bottom. The wood edge is bull nosed to a smooth finish.
