Vernon patron baskets are made in Tennessee of 100% recycled materials, including a blend of fiberglass and nylon car parts from nearby Nissan and GM plants. Patrons will thank you for the convenience afforded by central placement of baskets in the library. For added convenience, bar code the basket and it can be checked out along with the books.

Unlike wire baskets or imports, our baskets are built for comfort and strength. They feature a molded hand grip and thick side walls for years of service.

Baskets are available in 13 contemporary colors to complement the décor of any library. Basket bodies are primarily polypropylene which allows logos to be silk screened instead of the basic hot stamp logo that must be used on polyethylene baskets. The logo is also applied to the rack sign if ordered.

You must provide logo artwork.

Each basket measures 19-3/8"L x 13-1/4"W x 10"D. Combined Wt. 47 lbs. Ships UPS Oversized 2 (70 lbs).

FILE - .jpg at 600 DPI (dots per inch) preferred (pdf is acceptable. However, the print quality will depend on the quality of your pdf.)

TURNAROUND - Normally 8 business days to produce. Shipping time is not included.

SIZE - Must fit within 8" wide x 3" high space

INK COLORS - One silk screened color is included in basket cost. Two to 4 colors (4-color is full color) is $4 extra per basket. You will also need to add $4 for the sign on the rack (2- to 4-color is printed on a low density polypropylene (plastic) label)
