Welded frame steel library shelving is a remarkable combination of form and function. By eliminating the need for sway braces and separate starter and adder units, this system provides maximum configuration flexibility. Each section stands independently so that your shelving arrangements can change as required. Two heavy-duty top and bottom spreaders are welded to each upright for rigidity while a fully adjustable leveling system ensures stability. End brackets have smooth rounded edges which prevent knifing of books.

For a totally finished look, order end panels and backs to match the height and depth of your shelving. (Shown below). All shelving components are powder coated with a superior paint finish and twice the thickness of conventional baked on enamel. 36" wide shelving is available in five heights. Choose from 8", 10", or 12" deep shelves (depths are expressed nominally; actual sizes are approximately 1" less) which adjust vertically on 1" centers.

For increased stability, this double-faced shelving has base shelves which are 2" deeper on each side. Ships by truck.
