These 4 mil vinyl label protectors are designed to protect call number spine labels, bar code labels and other permanently printed materials. The cold application (no heating required) acrylic adhesive holds quickly and will not dry out over time. Vernon protectors are tested to ensure compatibility with optical scanning devices including bar code light pens and laser scanners. No one beats our Vernon protectors for quality and no one beats our prices!

We recommend that label protectors extend at least 1/4" beyond the edges of the protected label. When protecting a spine label, the spine should extend 1/4" above and below the label and be wide enough to extend 1/4" beyond the grooved book hinges onto both the front and back covers. Where size appropriate, we recommend protectors with rounded corners to prevent "corner pickups."

Easy-On label protectors are also available in packages of 200.

The paper release liner of the square-cornered individual sheets is split down the middle making application easy "Band-Aid" style.
